Kay Joglekar, M.D.Dr. Kay Joglekar opened the Child Care Clinic in north Jackson in 1991 after practicing medicine in Pennsylvania. She had her pediatric residency and was a clinical educator in pediatrics at Rutgers Medical School in New Brunswick, N.J. She is board certified in pediatrics and recently passed the recertification exam. Dr. Joglekar is a proctor for the University of Tennessee Family Practice Residency Program.

J. Todd Blake, M.D.
A medical graduate of the University of Arkansas, Dr. Jeremy Todd Blake joined The Children's Clinic in 1999. Both his internship and residency in pediatrics were at the Arkansas Children's Hospital/University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He received awards for his research while at the university.
Bruce Maley, M.D.
After seven years of active duty in the Navy, Dr. Bruce Maley arrived in Jackson to practice at the Children's Clinic in 1978. He earned his medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and had his pediatric residency at the Navy Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Maley was selected by his peers in 1996 to be listed in "The Best Doctors in America."
Amelia (Amy) E. Self, M.D.
Dr. Self joined the Children's Clinic in 1995. Raised in Middle Tennessee, she received her medical training at Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. Her pediatric internship and residency were at Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. She is board certified in pediatrics.
David L. Self, M.D.
Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Self joined the Children's Clinic in 1995. Like his wife, he also was raised in Middle Tennessee. He received his medical training at Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City and had a pediatric internship and residency at Medical College of Georgia, Augusta.
Dr. Theresa Smith, M.D.
Dr. Theresa Smith, a Dyer County native, joined the Children's Clinic in 1992. She earned her medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Her pediatric residency was at St. Louis Children's Hospital, which is affiliated with Washington University School of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics.
