Davidson Curwen, M.D.

The West Tennessee Rehab Group was founded in 1997 by Dr. Curwen. After years of seeing and treating patients in the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital outpatient department, Dr. Curwen opened The Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2006. The Center is at 60 Lynoak Cove, which is off North Parkway near the Wallace Road intersection.

Dr. Curwen specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This includes…
• Pain management, including chronic pain, musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain, headaches, and female pain syndrome.
• Spasticity management in adults and children, including botulin toxin treatment, strokes, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.
• Electrodiagnostic and neuropathy consultation services, including EMG and nerve conduction, radiculopathy and peripheral neuropathy.

The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
