The West Tennessee Rehab Group was founded in 1997 by Dr. Curwen. After years of seeing and treating patients in the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital outpatient department, the West Tennessee Rehab Group opened a new clinic in Fall of 2006. has a clinic of its own.

The West Tennessee Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is at 60 Lynoak Cove, which is off North Parkway near the Wallace Road intersection.

The physicians specialize in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This includes…
• Pain management, including chronic pain, musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain, headaches, and female pain syndrome.
• Spasticity management in adults and children, including botulin toxin treatment, strokes, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.
• Electrodiagnostic and neuropathy consultation services, including EMG and nerve conduction, radiculopathy and peripheral neuropathy.
