Dr. Robert Talac, a board-certified spine surgeon, founded Advanced Spine Institute, PLLC, in Jackson in December 2010. At Advanced Spine Institute, Dr. Talac offers comprehensive restorative spine care using innovative techniques and the latest methods of treatment. The comprehensive spine care includes neck and back pain, carpal tunnel and workers compensation.
With a focus on patient care, the clinic is set-up to see patients within 24 hours of their request for an appointment. “When a patient is dealing with neck or back pain, they shouldn’t have to wait to be seen,” said Dr. Talac. “My team is trained in spine care, and our clinic is organized around meeting our patients’ needs.”
Dr. Talac, who also is board certified in general surgery, sees patients in the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday afternoons. He has surgical privileges at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and Physicians Surgery Center. The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The clinic accepts most insurance plans. A referral is not necessary.
